The touchscreen is so sensitive it takes you out of anything you may be using, the volume button opposite to the power switch means you are constantly adjusting the volumn unknowingly. There is a number 3 at the top left screen which I cannot access or know what it means or why it is there, and the phone will notify for no reason e.g.when there are NO texts, calls or emails. I recently went abroad and the phone turned itself onto flight mode, I had not realised this and could not make or receive calls during my time abroad until I removed battery and re set. TERRIBLE PHONE! TERRIBLE DESIGN!!
