Well as to the 4 beeps/tick or clicking sounds, Dell seems to think their beep code is working, its not they wanted me to send them my laptop supposedly to replace the memory ram, which is not the case. It’s the motherboard, found a burnt diode/circuit on the circuit board. So basically instead of them going to charge me for new memory ram they was going to charge for a new board. I looked at my friends board too, same spot but his was making 7 to 10 beeps, burnt diode/circuit.

Guess I’m going back to HP.
