Checked the device manager and the USB has that exclamation point, but when trying to troubleshoot, windows shows that I need to install a driver for it. After I search for it all it says is: 'Windows found driver software for your device but encountered a problem when trying to install it ' 'Access denied' Acer aspire 5750-6966 Windows 7 64 bit. Product Family: Netbook Product Line: Aspire One Product Model: AO725 The issue with drivers SM Bus and USB is solved with the download VGA Driver Just select the correct OS Good stuff mate well done I guessed it was a driver issue and after an install always good to check out the latest drivers, and in the Device manager if you are having problems. Oh and if you want better performance check out [2]=Performance Maintenance some of these tweaks - top stuff and you will notice a fair bit of speed increase.:) John.
